The positioning and role of EPROCA
Promote prosperity and cultivate coherent executive culture
It has been clearly approved that clustering may be a power tool to improve overall economical status of territories. Still, 55-75% of all types of networks fail, not because the missing process management or knowledge capital, but due to the lack of strong social capital and also due to immature executive culture.
To complete the widely-spread approach based on
knowledge capital or by-the-book business processes in strategy and change management,
there is a need to increase the awareness of the Intellectual Capital concept
and deepen the understanding of how crucial a positive culture is
for all relative stakeholders in clusters
How EPROCA fills in this gap
- We offer training and professional certification to European and Pan-European cluster practitioners.
- We regularly provide our members assistance and information on latest clustering know-how, focusing especially on issues related to upgrading Intellectual Capital.
- In order to promote and strengthen cross-border networking, we organize international and local workshops, seminars, conferences and study tours.
Ambitious projects for 2010
2010 is the year of expansion and expression both in EPROCA’s
- organisation shifting from purely "European" into "Pan-European" and
- actions, the objective being that concrete co-operation between the
members of the Association in innovation, economic development and cluster-related issues are stimulated further.

- Just have a look at our People, Workshops, Events, Contributions all over, or the ProCluster Training agenda - and we're happy to announce that there is more to come !
