Transformative working culture

 

EPROCA’s Executive Committee (ExCom) is the Association's strategic organ. Executive Committee instead of a Board Members emphasize the inspiring working style and culture.

The new enhanced ExCom 2011-2012 was elected at EPROCA's 4th General Assembly on 22nd May 2011.

In all EPROCA actions, we are actively and voluntarily looking for a multicultural pluridisciplinary working atmosphere: currently our members represent for example 17 countries and 20 different educational backgrounds.

The multicultural working atmosphere is created and enhanced by cluster practitioners representing currently 3 continents, the most of them certified ProCluster facilitators.

Additionally, ExCom has established an International Advisory Board, IAB to feed the Association's actions with relevant information on global megatrends. 

All EPROCA members receive a regular newsletter on the multiple activities related to pure internal development, joint projects, organised events, workshops, training sessions, studies and publications...
